About Us

We have been working with the building envelope since 1992 when we began buying and renovating multi-family rental property. Soon we were renovating, maintaining and managing property for investor/owners.

 

Over the years, we have constructed homes, renovated and remodeled single family and multi-family properties, and inspected for other projects for quality assurance (new construction) damage assessment (insurance and FEMA), written scopes of repair and rendered opinions as 3rd party expert.

 

We have worked with insurance carriers, other contractors and homeowners to restore homes damaged by floods, hurricanes and more throughout the Gulf Coast region.

 

PSBS is a Texas Registered Builder/Remodeler.
